All passengers regardless of their reasons (including masks) should just obey all instructions of the flight attendants and pilots/copilots. If they can't then they should thrown off the flights and definitely placed on a no-fly list and provided with a list of car rental organizations, that way they can scream and carry-on while driving to their destination. If they're foreigners, then their embassies can charter planes for them.

All the passengers know the rules when they get on the plane. If they can’t follow the rules without acting like a bunch of man-babies then they can drive instead.
