The new law that makes it illegal to film police. Journalist groups and many people are protesting it as undemocratic but the police union say the law doesn't go far enough to protect them. What do you think of it?
 
Dunno. Police force can be filmed and taken out of context on the one hand. On the other...

Police should be filmed every second they are on duty.

Laws against it do nothing but insure that there is as little oversight of police as possible and considering that they are granted massive powers over the people they are supposedly protecting that is flatly unacceptable.

There are (or at least were) several states here that had such laws. That they have been allowed to stand as long as they have is a travesty.
