But I suspect that the same people saying the cops were wrong would be singing a different tune if Brown ran some citizen over with his car while trying to escape. Speeding off in car is a dangerous weapon, and if cops reasonably fear for their safety it is attempted aggravated assault on a cop.

If a frog had a glass ass it would break every time he jumps. Fact is he didn't run over anyone. Next.

Well I think people would be blaming the cops if he just did it accidentally. In which case it'd be manslughter or assault. And if a cop thought he was threatened, and is fear is not unreasonable .... it's a legal shooting.
