The House can impeach Trump if he does something they feel he deserved to be impeached for, but the Senate will not have enough votes to convict, so it would be pointless!

Democrats are not going to remove Trump and have Pence take his place, so only way the GOP get rid of Trump is if they get enough votes in the Senate and that will not happen in 2018...
