B) Said escort was in fact not the “defendant” but the plaintiff in a civil trial and failed to demonstrate any damages whatsoever, probably because he was in fact repeatedly approaching and shouting vile things to a child, which is entirely in keeping with abortion clinic escorts being pieces of shit.

C) there is no evidence the evil ***** who wanted to kill their kids were impaired in any way from killing their kids, or that the accused otherwise violated that unconstitutional law in any way

If the escort asshole couldn’t prove any meaningful harm in civil court, and there were no criminal charges in the actual legitimate jurisdiction, then the feds are going to be shit out of luck in this frivolous, pointless abusive bullshit effort.
