Pro Life Activist Home Raided

Families with children are de facto pro life. That means they can be attacked at any time any place, even children. This is a war, get used to it.

Another target of the Biden administration.

This is a lie.

“US Attorney Jacqueline C. Romero announced Friday that Houck had been charged by indictment with violation of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act. The law makes it a federal crime to use force with the intent to injure, intimidate, and interfere with anyone because that person is a provider of reproductive health care.”

Houck was lawfully arrested in accordance with the evidence in support of his alleged crime.

So now you don't want violent criminals to be arrested?

According to his side he was defending his son from being accosted, and the local authorities already decline to prosecute. This is in Philly, not known to be a Pro-Life bastion.

Complain all you want about bringing a 12 year old to a abortion clinic protest/pray-in/whatever but I think sending 25 or so armed agents to arrest one man is a bit of overkill.

A spokesperson with the Philadelphia office of the FBI pushed back against the SWAT team claim, telling Fox News Digital: “There are inaccurate claims being made regarding the arrest of Mark Houck. No SWAT Team or SWAT operators were involved. FBI agents knocked on Mr. Houck’s front door, identified themselves as FBI agents and asked him to exit the residence. He did so and was taken into custody without incident pursuant to an indictment.”

According to a Justice Department press release, B.L. was attempting to escort two patients exiting the clinic, “when the defendant forcefully shoved B.L. to the ground.” In a second incident, Houck is accused of “verbally” confronting B.L. and forcefully shoving him to the ground outside the planned parenthood center, causing injuries that required medical attention.

So he commits a federal crime and gets arrested by people who have jurisdiction over federal crimes. Im not sure what the issue is here.
It's also a federal crime to protest outside the houses of SCOTUS, but the government does not care much about that these days

And I'm sure the maximum penalty will be thrown at this man.

''The spokesperson did not respond to a follow-up question from Fox News Digital regarding the accuracy of the report that up to 25 agents were involved in the arrest.''

The “federal crime” is flagrantly unconstitutional bullshit, and the alleged incident already got thrown out in civil court, since the “victim” couldn’t prove any damages / that he didn’t instigate any shoving.

And if he couldn’t even cross that lower threshold in civil court, then the feds sure as shit can’t make their case.

Everyone is pro-life – including those who support and defend a woman’s right to privacy.

Mark Houck is an anti-privacy rights activist.
Shut up pro-death, pro-abort lying filth.

Everyone who kills for their own benefit wants to do so privately without consequence. Doesn’t give them the “right” to do it. That “right” could never exist and never has.

They didn't deny that there were 20-25 people involved, or that they were dressed in combat gear.

They just deny they were SWAT, because they technically weren't part of the official FBI SWAT team.
