A lengthy read for those who care about justice. Between TPS, OPP, RCMP and other agencies in Ontario, it rarely exists. Disturbingly, this is only one of MANY examples used in this country. They simply spit on our rights and ask for more money and power.

The RCMP are an example of how all policing in Canada operates. They were caught in this one, no consequences for the police of course. It's a reminder as to why the U.S is denying the Nexus border system until their citizens are given immunity in Canada.

In short, Canadian police simply can't be trusted and do NOT operate on transparency, due process or rule of law. This case being thrown out, is the exception, not the rule (as it should be). This is the only time entrapment was successful used to overturn a case. In secret, plain clothed police Canada. WOW.

John Nuttall and Amanda Korody came to national attention in 2013 for allegedly trying to bomb the B.C. Legislature. Their case ended up revealing one of the biggest police entrapment cases in Canadian history.
.............................................................................

Throughout the operation, Nuttall asked Abe if their mission went against their religion. He brought up a passage of the Quran that equated killing one innocent person to killing all of humanity. Nuttall asked to speak to an imam or sheikh.

Abe told Nuttall to follow what’s in his heart, and that everything else was up to Allah to decide.

“Because my client looked to him as his spiritual adviser, this was extremely dangerous,” said Sandford.

Nuttall’s lawyers in the civil action will argue that the RCMP violated his right to practise religion. “The RCMP fed a false ideology of violence to John and Amanda,” Muirhead said.

.....................................................

Sandford said the operation was controversial within the RCMP. According to meeting notes submitted as evidence, officers questioned why B.C.‘s Integrated National Security Enforcement Team (INSET) was investing resources in “weird targets.”

“There were lots of voices who were pointing out the problems with what was happening,” Sandford said, but “those voices were being disregarded and marginalized.”

...............................................

A B.C. Court of Appeal ultimately upheld the finding that police manufactured the crime.

The police “were clearly overzealous and acted on the assumption that there were no limits to what was acceptable when investigating terrorism,” reads Bruce’s decision. “Within their ranks there were warnings given and ignored. Anyone who disagreed with Sergeant Kalkat’s views saw their roles and influence over the course of the operation minimized or eliminated.”

.....................................

He said other democratic countries like the U.S. and U.K. seem to routinely disclose similar information without compromising investigations. “It’s just not done in Canada.”

When are Canadians going to defund the RCMP?

As soon as the fools defund TPS, OPP, Peel Region and our political class.

In short, it isn't going to happen. America has wisely determined what kind of nation is and have thus looked elsewhere for loyal, like-minded allies. The creepy Canadian police have ensured it is NOT here.
