I love and like living in this country. If I didn't, I wouldn't have spent over 20 years in the Navy in service to this country. But, I also know that editing out all the bad parts does nobody any good. We have to remember ALL of the history, the good and the bad, because that is what history is. No country has ever had a completely good history, nor a completely bad one, it's a mix of both, and we would do well to remember that. Remember the good things so that we can repeat them and prosper, but also remember the bad things so that we don't repeat them.
