Thing is, if they come to America they must be given due process under the law. Most of those people would not be convicted if the evidence used to detain them was brought into an actual court of law and allowed to be cross examined. Not saying they are innocent, most of them are probably bad people who would do bad things but many were locked up without evidence in the first place. It's a hole Bush dug for himself that just keeps on being a embarrassment to our nation. I do not see it ever being shut down, not ever.
