Yes, very weird... Maybe it's like a love it or hate it show.

There are many people who will take offence to the show, and be upset about stuff going on. So you have to have a thick skin and realize it's just a tv show based on a comic.

I find it very well written, well acted, and funny as hell! And very strange and different than other shows out there!

I love the characters! Especially Cassidy! Shite!!!

I no longer say "shit" in real life... I say "Shite!"

Cassidy is by far my favorite character on the show followed by the leader of the Grail, Herr Starr.

The notion of the Grail protecting the retarded inbred lineage of Christ is pure comic gold and more plausible than an actual second coming.

Not trying to be a spoiler but the episode where Allfather tries to transfer the Preacher's Genesis to a Messiah was about as icky as anything I've watched.

I do not understand why I continue to watch.
