With St. Patty's coming near I just wanted to say get that corn beef and potatoe recipe out and have at it. Here's mine for a little exchanging.
One can Corn
Tofurkey can replace Beef for the vegetarian kinds
Put "source of furkey or beef in pot"
Add corn
Add water
bring to mild boil - okay to sub the croak pot (crock?) pot for another type of pot
Cook until Patty's day, low heat best.
Four leaf clover to pot in place of parsley.
Enjoy my Irish friends!
