It seems like that could be one possible answer for why the three burgaries in a short period of time?

That sort of a stupid guess, thinking that police in a town with few blacks would be so outraged that they would run a burglary ring to get back at the blacks?

Even if the cops were pissed, burglary would seem to be a pretty ineffectual way of showing one's ire.

It's long been established that a city's police dept would be the first contact a person would make reporting a crime.
Since Dimocrat leadership has resulted in the near collapse of the Portland police dept, then it's likely he's going to need to take matters into his own hands. My advice would be to get the fuck out of Portland, and stay out of all areas controlled by said Dimocrats.
Or he could hang around at night and shoot the fuckers when they break in, however people like you would then wet themselves and demand he be thrown in jail the rest of his life for daring to protect himself and or his business.

The key would be not to inform the authorities if you clip the burglar.
