The mask is starting to slip.

President Obama said Thursday that the Occupy Wall Street protests show a "broad-based frustration" among Americans about how the U.S. financial system works.

So the American people no longer like the US financial system. What's better, socialisim, communism? He has an answer.

First, it's a brand new government bureaucracy with a brand new czar.

Obama used the opportunity to call on Congress to support his nominee to lead the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, former Ohio Treasurer Richard Cordray.

All for your own good of course. We will have to raise taxes first thing to pay for the new office and the new czar. It's almost like handing out titles of nobility. I like you, I'll make you Duke of Money.

you have hit a home run with that one

Yes they've left a pretty bleak future for generations to come. I can see why people are so pessimistic. I pray God turns things around for us. I know he will but i just don't know when.

To be fair, apparently the same polling pool thinks Rick Perry would do a good job with the economy. That just does to show that the sample was a bunch of idiots.

Perry has a very impressive Job-Creation Record in Texas. That's why he gets the edge over Obama.

You should take a look at Perry's so-called job creation.

I have and it is impressive. People want and need jobs and he delivered. I'm not interested in nitpicking and down-playing the jobs he created. The People want to work and Perry did a good job trying to get them back to work. I'm not obsessed with what color hair he has or where he's from either. I'll leave that stuff for the dumbed-down MSM. I look at the policies and achievements. Perry did deliver on jobs. More than most others anyway.

Ok. What policy did Perry put in place that helped lead to his supposed job growth?

Seriously,i'm not trying to be rude but you do need to get out of the habit of making demands on other posters. It's a really annoying habit. Perry's Job-Creation Record is available publicly for anyone's scrutiny. It's up to you to do your own research. Posters are not required to meet your demands before having a discussion. You can easily look up Perry's Job-Creation Record. I'm not required to do that for you.

Perry's Job-Creation Record is better than any other Governor or President in this country. You can nitpick and hate on the jobs he created but they are jobs that people needed and appreciated. I'm really not trying to be rude but you really do have to slow down on the demand thing. You hate Perry's Job-Creation Record? Then state why you feel that way. It really is that simple. Thanks and have a great day.

When you have a solid candidate then this will turn arround.

The republican plan will have to met the inspection of the American people on its own.

BUSH!!!!!!!!!
:eusa_whistle:

Majority of those polled blame Bush for the economy we have right now.

Sorry that doesn't fit with your view of the world.

really?
my world view is not run by what we know to be true. Your left wing media polls have little influence on avg of 5% UE with deficits in the 200 billion dollar range for 8 years compared to what we face today

What would those polls numbers state if I asked the question that way? you know, the truth
BTW I dont blame BHO for the economy other than doing nothing to help it get going. I have issue with his ideology as well as spending 4 trillion dollars we do not have and what he spent it on, and his constant whining.

Greed put this economy where it is today, a real leader could have fixed it 1 years ago
GWB did nothing wrong either
