One of the things that is slowing the recovery of our various economies (besides the quarantines and new Variants) is the reluctance to return to the office or workplace.

And this reluctance is very destructive to the economy. (Clothing, vehicles, daycares, and restaurants/catering)

But one of the main reasons is Management's reluctance to bring the people back.... because of the complete political polarization of the various nation's citizenry.

Everyone has made everything a political issue...from healthcare choices to greeting one another "good morning" and as a result it's better for the office staff to work from home than to engage in arguments at work where office politics are already divisive enough.

Hate to say that they are right...but until cooler heads prevail and we can get along with each other and be productive through that collaboration I think that we are better off with a smaller GDP.

Politics have turned into a cult. This goes for both sides and the dumb thing is, they really are the same cult.

You made quite a jump from "any other" to "this" period. Way to move the goal post.
Well instances like the French revolution aren't exactly the same as the current situation now is it?

The prosperity immediately following the first world war was not proceeded by rioting...nor was the prosperity following the Second world war. And the recovery in the 80's that flew through to the dot-com crash was not preceded by rioting.

Currently we have a recovery stalled out (in part) because of rioting which has a root in politics.

There is rioting in some parts of the world over the pandemic yet not in the US. The French Revolution was caused by other problems than a pandemic.
The economic recovery in the US has not stalled at all.

Let's see if you can say that come January....

Here in America the riots were said to be based on racial tensions but truly they were based on political ideology.

In other countries their specific riots were said to be more geared towards quarantines...but again these were also largely based on the politics of those nations.

The base underlying cause is that as people were forced into quarantines they tuned into news broadcasts and social medias which were politically slanted. (Whichever side they felt they agreed with)

As a result of these information bubbles they encapsulated themselves within they became physically violent. Their neighbor, with whom they disagree with, became less of a person. And all means of violence were justified....

This is the classic means that most instances of civil unrest and genocide have come about over the millennium.

Wrong. Believing everything is about politics is a part of the issue. If it was simply political ideology there wouldn't have been protests under Obama. People in Chicago would not have protested out front of Rahm's house.

The protests were a long time building.

If you don't have them on the payroll, the government will not issue a big fat check for them through paycheck protection scheme. It isn't Management that is the issue here...

Has any other "recovery" involved widespread rioting in almost every country on the planet?

There is absolutely not any widespreading rioting in almost every country throughout the planet.

There have been occasional peaceful demonstrations, but the USA is the only first world country that had problems with rioting, violence and increased crime and public disturbances.

That’s because the USA is the only country in the first world which politicized the pandemic and where one party continues to use the pandemic for partisan political reasons, ignoring science and best public health practices.

Not "every" country. The people of France, Germany and Australia are out in force.

Well the Party in charge wants to destroy Capitalism period, so there’s that little complication.
