Actually he's smiling and laughing, because he knows all this Gov't overeach along with the FBI extension is a blessing not a curse, it's fueling the base and the fence sitters who don't often vote, and the idiots are giving sound bites and cause to take them for their own words as far as being not above the law. In other words the holding off by AG's like Bill Barr because we "better not the people might see it as too far" is now off the table as the people would support cleaning up of Washingtons corruption and abusers as they saw recent events as too much like Venezuela, Cuba, even reminiscent of Saddam.
Once again I repeat time and time again,

Also it is interesting because the documents in question were apparently unclassified by Trump before he left office and were reclassified by Biden when he took over and the documents in question to my knowledge had to do with FBI corruption with names and dates etc etc…. If this is true andit comes out then this isa real black eye to the FBI not to mention the attornygeneral who forced the issue as my understanding was that Trump was in negotiations with them.. Much more could be said about this but if their plan is to besmirch Donald( the teflon Don) then this might really backfire to say the least…

I also notice there was no news on if the FBI handed over the Hunter Biden documents as the deadline passed, seems to be the timing of this is a smokescreen for that while obstructing that case through intimidation which makes Garland's crimes 3 fold now.
Garland commited 1)perjury in front of congress claiming he would not interfere with the Hunter case, nor play political games and abuses 2)obstruction and 3) failure to recuse himself
Those in the FBI who are legit and hate being thrown under the fascist bus can fix public prejudices against the whole agency from the corruption of a few, by simply holding Garland and the politicians to their words that "equal application of the law is being followed and nobody is above the law" that includes arresting Garland, and Schumer (inciting violence and acts of treason) and Harris(financing violence and treason & failure to recuse herself as DA regarding her law schoolmates child abuse cases and brusging them away for them) and Schiff (Ukraine arms for campaign donations quid pro quo), Pelosi (treason, illegal labor, abuse of power, insider trading, conspiring with mob cartel and drug trafficking, brushing the Swallwel Fang Fang incident under the rug=obstruction, investments conflicting interest including investments in voting machine companies given gov't contracts), Maxine Waters inciting violence, Nadler abuse of power and Treasonous acts, CNN racketeeeing and conspiracy to treason, Joe Biden and Brother and Son Hunter (Espionage, treason, conspiring with foreign nations against our nation and nations interests, conspiring with cartels, racketeering, quid pro quo, illegal sexual deviancy, obstruction of Justice, abuse of power, money laundering, failure to report and pay their pay to play income on taxes, failure to exclose their kickback gifts, Obama( conspiring with foreign entities to manipulate elections, using a Russian ambassador he called a spy to spy on political rivals, treason, obstruction, racketeering, abuse of power, stashing public records that belong to the WH and the people to hide it's damaging contents that can expose some of these crimes), Clintons (not enough room on this post to list), Omar and AOC (campaign finance fraud and election fraud, Omar perjured herself committed imigration fraud)
