A policeman facing an unarmed crowd coming towards him shot and killed an unarmed woman whose crime was TRESPASSING, and 'the judicial system', supported by politicians, is currently - surprisingly - defending the policeman.
Unlike the other current police shootings across the country, the Fake News, Socialist Surrogate MSM is refusing to cover it.
There are no marches, no 'mostly peaceful protests', over the police shooting death of this unarmed American whose only crime was TRESPASSING.
The only difference is in this case the unarmed woman who was shot and killed was an unarmed white female military veteran who was incited into trespassing into the Capitol back in January.
She was not some member of a foreign-funded, Democrat-supported domestic terrorist group like Antifa and BLM who are responsible for BILLIONS of dollars in damage to Democrat-run communities all over the country. She was not engaged in looting, burning, destroying, assaulting, and murdering.
The violent riot that occurred on 6 January, which paled in comparison to the the Leftist Extremists' acts of domestic terrorism, was not called 'mostly peaceful protests' like were Antifa and BLM attacks that resulted in those BILLIONS of dollars in local community violence across the US.
Leftist anti-police extremists have called for the 'destruction' of a policeman who shot and killed a young girl who was about to stab with a knife and kill another unarmed young girl; yet, there has been no violent call for 'Justice' for the Capitol police shooting death of an unarmed white female veteran whose crime was trespassing inside the Capitol.
So the Parents of Ashli Babbitt are suing the capitol Police for the illegal excessive force used in the murder of their daughter.
Terry Robberts, the attorney for the family of Ashli Babbitt, joined Newsmax TV on Monday morning to discuss the family’s ongoing attempts to seek justice in the shooting death of their daughter Ashli.
Roberts said he is handling the civil action that will be filed, adding, “The family and I were disappointed in the Department of Justice decision on this but my role really is to bring a civil action and in that way vindicate her rights.”
This is not a CRIMINAL case / trial, it is a CIVIL Law Suit, which means to be found guilty takes much less than in a criminal trial. Still, the case will probably depend on the Judge assigned to the trial. I am betting the Babbbitt family will be disappointed when the 'deck' - or court - gets stacked against them and in the end there will be no justice of Ashli Babbitt.
