The Ukraine is a bunch of evil, racist, fascist left over from the Polish invasion, who should never be allowed any weapons or rule at all.
Remember that the reason Kyiv ruled over the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, etc. is only because Khrushchev was a Ukrainian.
The Ukrainians are most famous for running Hitler's death camps during WWII.
They are dangerous and can not be trusted as a country.
The last thing the world needs is for the Ukraine to join NATO and try to put nukes on Russia border.
