How is this not a special privilege? I dont know if taxpayer money is being used, but if it isn't other tenants of that developer are paying for it, plus whatever bribes were given to the city for approvals...

Second, could there be a straight only building? What even happened to fair housing rules? Liberal special status groups get special privileges, but that's "equality"?
