It’s a very valid question, however Joe has a long distinguished carrier of lying. The fundamental question should be is he so far gone that he doesn’t remember he just lied, or is he so overwhelmed with dementia that he actually believes his own lies? As my bud from the the UK likes to say he is receiving his just due. As sad as it may be America is paying the price for their hatred of leadership.
