"The legislation would likely cost $760 billion around plus an extra $10 billion for community health centers. The framework focuses on these twelve points:
  • Modern Highways & Highway Safety Investments
  • Transit Investment
  • Rail Investments
  • Airport Investments
  • Clean Water & Wastewater Infrastructure
  • Water Infrastructure
  • Harbor Infrastructure
  • Brownfield Restoration
  • Drinking Water
  • Clean Energy
  • Broadband & Communications
  • Public Safety Communications"

Let's be honest - this List has very little to do with COVID-19 and is instead a bill addressing much-needed infrastructure upgrade / renovation funding these politicians have been avoiding addressing for DECADES! I guess now is the best time to push it through - just slap 'COVID-19' in the title of the Bill and claim it is part of the 1st 3 Relief Bills, and Americans won't know the difference and won't question / make a big deal of the massive addition in debt in the name of coronavirus.

"Republican Texas Rep. Chip Roy told the Daily Caller, “How about we make Phase III actually work first, and stop talking about spending long-term money on transportation infrastructure and a liberal Pelosi wish-list like some New Deal wannabes. We need to fix what was wrong in Phase III, get capital flowing immediately, get on top of healthcare, and re-start the economy.”

“I’m not opposed to infrastructure. What I’m opposed to is using a crisis to try to restructure government,” McCarthy said Thursday as Democrats have been rushing to put together a phase 3 coronavirus package."

Rep Roy is right - the 1st checks from Phase 1 have not gone out yet, the ink is not even dry from Phase 3, there is not even any data / signs / feedback how effective the 1st Phases are yet, and already Democrats want to rush headlong off the 'Deficit Addition Cliff' to spend more money in the name of Coronavirus.

A Health Care Emergency / viral pandemic is not one of Congress' Bills on which they attach a lot of pother pork / spending that has nothing to do with the original bill, even though they are trying to act like COVID-19 is just that.

Democrats held up one Relief bill to attach such 'Wish List' 'Pork' as funding for the Kennedy Center, more money for abortions, and funding for AOC's Green New Deal that was thoroughly mocked when she presented it.

Restraint - if Congress / Politicians have any - should be exercised. COVID-19 Relief / Stimulus Bills and funding should be restricted to things associated with / related to COVID-19.
