A suspected looter was allegedly gunned down by the owner of a pawn shop during riots over the death of George Floyd.

As riots broke out in Minneapolis, Minnesota yesterday, a man was badly injured on the pavement outside Cadillac Pawn & Jewelry.

Police officers surrounded him as he lay on the floor and attempted to revive him using CPR.

He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead

Pawn brokers have a fiduciary relationship with their borrowers. If someone pledges jewelry or watches , after they pay off their loan, they are going to demand their property back. The pawn broker is expected to defend that property with his life if necessary.

The Looter should have went to the Dollar Tree or Target for his looting pleasure. Pawn brokers don't play that game.

Looting Target is easy. They almost beg you to do it, so they can cash in from insurance and move out to another location. Pawn shops are bit tougher cookies to chew.

We see that the best way to deal with own anger and protest is to rob the jewelry store, loot the supermarket, burn few buildings, and keep doing it until there is nothing left in your neighborhood. Only thing is, you have to be quick, or at least quicker than the competition. Otherwise, you'll have to jog to another neighborhood, and try your skills there.

The sheet of plastic is the treatment for pneumothorax. A puncture hole in the chest that allows air to come into the chest and prevent the lungs from expanding. The plastic creates a seal that prevents the air from coming into the chest on inhalation, and a loose corner that allows air to escape the chest cavity on exhalation. Effectively, a one-way valve.
