I'm sure they're trying to get their hooks into the charter schools too....Start the grooming at preschool and by 7th grade you've got a promising crop of little communists who believe they're "progressives". We can often turn them back into normals by the time they've paid taxes for a couple years but it's getting harder all the time.

It's overstepping their authority by asking for initials or other identifiers. Schools are tasked with the education of young people, nothing else.
