Parents have totally and complete discretion over their children in all situations except when the parents are obviously violating the law somehow. Which was not the case.
The police should have not interfered with parents when they have zero authority to do so.
And the use of tasers is considered deadly force, so completely illegal.
About 1 in 300 uses of tasers results in death.
They are NOT "non-lethal" force.
They are "less lethal" then firearms, but are still lethal force.
So can only be used when under a deadly threat.
