What is it with Liberals that they have to make up lies to defeat their foes? Not since Dan Rather’s attempt to pass forged documents attempting to prove that President Bush did not attend National Guard Service have we seen such blatant election tampering. Rather attempted to affect the 2004 elections Ed Schultz is attempt to do the same in the 2012 elections. We haven’t seen such blatant disregard for truth and election tampering as Schultz is involved in, since Rather.

As CBS fired Dan Rather, we demand that MSNBC fire Ed Schultz. At the very heart of journalism is a requirement for truth. When a journalist knowingly defrauds and deceives the people, he or she is responsible to inform that is a breach of fiduciary responsibility to the public. Read more... the democrats have thrown the race card wildy about since obie doodle started campaigning. remember he got special treatment and was given a secret service detail while running for office. Notice any of the white Republicans getting that same deal? No you do not. So get used to their racism it's something you're gonna have to let roll off your back, It means nothing to most people any more.

Watch as Schultz with apparent forethought and malice uses an edited video to give the impression that newly declared presidential candidate Gov. Rick Perry used a racist innuendo to refer to president Barry Hussein Soetoro.

That's some serious irony right there.

Yes this was a huge gaff on his part. But he is the lone voice who speaks up for middle class workers. The rest throw middle class workers under the bus.

If MSNBC doesn't fire him for such blatant misrepresentation of a candidate quote, their street creed slips way below FoxNews. And this example ought to be preserved as the poster for networks condoning totally unethical behaviour in on-air political commentary..

There's a place for him fetching Keith Olbermann's coffee on Gore's "little channel that could"..

You're very dishonest and likely nothing more than a parrot repeating right wing propaganda. Do a little reserach on the Dan Rather "Scandal" or continue to troll knowing others see you as a fool.

Efforts to censor a journalist because you disagree with his/her reporting is reprehensible, and a common characteristic of the New Right. You and other extremists on the far right attack scientists too, simply because you have been brain washed (in your case I suspect only a light rinse was necessary) by the propagandists, Limbaugh, Hannity and the entire Murdoch Clan.

Why is this so surprising?

Progressives lie about EVERYTHING

FDR ended the Depression

Joe McCarthy was a lair and blacklisted Hollywood writers by creating a "Red Scare"

LBJ was a Civil Right Hero

The Tea Party caused the downgrade.

Progressives lie about EVERYTHING

The irony will be lost on him though.

I saw that segment live on MSNBC, after having seen the Perry speech, and knew right away Schultz was being intentionally misleading and dishonest.

However, if I hadn't seen perry's speech in context Schultz's peice would leave me thinking Perry is a racist.

You are right that is irresponsible "journalism" (in quotes because that really isn't journalism its propoganda).
