Obama is not and has not blamed Bush for what has happened since he took office beyond the obvious fact that the economy was in a tailspin and it took time to get the initial stimulus activated.

Since then, Obama has taken responsibility for the slow but steady recovery and has acknowledged the fucked up obstruction that YOUR assholes have provided in Congress.
