You can get it made with real sugar.

I only buy MexiCoke, Coca-Cola made in Mexico with real sugar. The difference in taste is noticeable and worth a little extra $$.

Are you diabetic? I have been drinking Mexican coke for over 50 years and never had an adverse effect--sometimes the rum has made me feel bad though. LOL
