There is absolutely nothing wrong with this pie for a light dessert and it requires no baking. I like it best with a chocolate cookie crust (buy it). A cousin of mine who is a pretty sophisticated eater who has been around the world and gone to France to cooking school, etc. requests it whenever she comes to visit.

I've always made the raspberry, but lime might be good, too.
