Okay....So The HC That Mouthed Off About Gun-Violence Just Won The China NBA Championship Last Night....Who In Here Is Surprised?

He gets fined $100,000.00 by the PC folks in the NFL.

Another HC started bawling on live television about gun-violence in Uvalde a few weeks ago.....and he just won the NBA Title last night.

And they wonder why everyone is tired of the NBA and accuse it of being rigged.

The ratings for the NBA Finals was dismal at best.

The NBA finals ratings are so bad that the primetime Jan 6th hearings almost doubled them.

Last year it was even worse.
The worst year was 2020 when the Lakers beat the Heat.

Maybe people are getting tired of the way refs control the game by calling fouls and not calling fouls. Maybe Steve Kerr was given some help winning the NBA Title this time because he mouthed off at the most opportune moment. Or maybe they're tired of watching millionaires who think they're slaves and hate their fans. It appears the feeling is mutual.
Sports used to be a place to escape life and politics.....but now they serve you up a huge helping of wokishness before, during, and after every game. There's simply no escape from it anymore.

Our nation has lost its way with sports. Despots know sports are a way to control the population. We build stadiums and replace them after 25 years or so or they get massive renovations to keep them up to so called modern standards. The "experience" as it were. The costs to go to a game are insane. A good weekend at a resort can be had or more easily for the price. There are people who bring ear plugs for all the noise from the sound systems and the video system may give some a seizure.

All true. I went to a Cardinals game, and the non stop, blaring advertisements between innings, visits to the mound, or pitching changes was like being held captive in an advertising experiment.

I have no plans to ever return.
