The most telling statistic on the graph is the totals at the bottom of the screen. It doesn't especially make the Democrats look great given the current gas price but I offer this to confirm what we all already know...Biden didn't drastically reduce the number of new leases.... Not that the issuance of a lease means that much...the demand from the oil industry for these leases (referencing the OP) was less than stellar.
