"Councilmembers Dennis Zine and Bill Rosendahl also are staunch supporters of the Occupation..."

How long will the occupation last?

"How long is it going to be out there? I ask around. They are in it for the long haul, protesters say. 'We're not going fast, we're going far,' is a phrase they use.

"The time between the Declaration of Independence in 1776 and the ratification of the Constitution in 1788 gets mentioned."

"From there, they moved to the sidewalk outside Fannie Mae's office in Pasadena, after discovering the government-sponsored lender had taken over Gudiel's loan. Another group surrounded Gudiel's house, pledging to risk arrest if sheriff deputies tried to evict the family, including her wheelchair-bound mother.

Police arrested Gudiel and five others when they refused to leave. In the end, Gudiel prevailed, bank executives relented and she remains in her house..."

The latest approval rating I've seen for the US Congress was 12%.
If this economy is swirling the same drain in November of 2012 that it was in 2008, maybe enough voters will make the connection between "choosing" between Cantor and Pelosi. A tsunami of third party ballots could FLUSH dozens of Republicans AND Democrats from DC in a single news cycle.

Democrats and Republicans serve the investor class first and everyone else second.
It's long past time for a second shot heard 'round the world.

Wall Street citizens or Main Street citizens?

Maybe you haven't noticed the consequences of the epidemic of mortgage fraud that the FBI began warning about in 2004 with 80% of the fraud originating with lenders. Some citizens have been waging class war by bribing elected Republicans AND Democrats for trade policies that have resulted in millions of middle class jobs disappearing to places like China. These same citizens also profit from financial deregulation "reforms" that nearly crashed the global economy in 2008.

Why would you want to protect Wall Street citizens from facing charges of control accounting fraud?
