Remember how the WH said they weren't involved with the FBI labeling parents as 'Domestic terrorists'...

...and then we all learned the WH worked with the DOJ, FBI, & Teachers' Union to make it happen?!

Yeah, well, to no one's surprise, the lying M*F*s did it again. Recently released / obtained memos prove Joe & his WH, who claimed to have learned about the investigation / raid from the media, were in on the whole thing.

So now we have evidence the Democratic Party Presidrnt took part in the initiation of the investigation of his political rival and the unprecedented raid of his political rival's home.

Nothing (unusual) to see here, folks - move along.

"...the Biden White House worked directly with the Justice Department and National Archives to launch the criminal investigation into Trump’s alleged mishandling of classified documents and deny Trump’s claims of executive privilege.

"The memos show then-White House Deputy Counsel Jonathan Su was engaged in conversations with the FBI, DOJ and National Archives as early as April, shortly after 15 boxes of classified and other materials were voluntarily returned to the federal historical agency from Trump’s Florida home.

By May, Su conveyed to the Archives that President Joe Biden would not object to waiving his predecessor’s (& political rival's) claims to executive claims, a decision that opened the door for DOJ to get a grand jury to issue a subpoena compelling Trump to turn over any remaining materials he possessed from his presidency."

Biden would not object to waiving - after the fact - Trump's claims to having declassified information he took with him before he left in order to initiate / allow an investigation to begin and set up the raid on Trump's home.

Biden is now engaged in his 2nd criminal attack on Trump, once as VP and now as President, against his political rival.

"On May 10, Acting National Archivist Debra Steidel Wall sent Trump’s lawyers a letter that detailed the White House’s involvement."

"The letter “revealed Biden empowered the National Archives and Records Administration to waive any claims to executive privilege that Trump might wage to block DOJ from gaining access to the documents.”

....to include pointing out he had declassified the documents prior to leaving the WH, as he is on record doing with the FBI's CROSSFIRE HURRICANE files / info.....

....and it seems to have included client-attorney privileged files / info ... AGAIN.

This was both a political hit by the President against his political opponent using his DOJ & FBI to carry it out but also seems as if Biden possibly waived - after the fact - Trump's declassifying the info he took with him.

Biden himself, it appears the memos show, personally waived any Executive Privilege Trump may have claimed/ had that would prevent the FBI from seizing files / information in the raid.

Without Biden having waived that privilege the FBI potentially could not have seized the info they did.

Of course, the heavily armed FBI Agents (under investigation by Durham for their part in Hillary's & Obama's failed coup attempt) made sure there was no one to stop them from taking whatever they wanted - even attorney-client privileged files - by refusing to let Trump's lawyer or anyone else monitor the pillaging ... and ransacking of files, documents, and Melania's wardrobe.

Stalin or Chee would be proud... Biden is a damn traitor... what a worthless fuck.

The whole Trump Raid was a political hit job. nothing more and nothing less. The appellate court is going to have a heyday with this. Politically driven prosecution, not even remotely about breaking any law...

This is just horribly corrupt…Shame on Democrats. They are showing themselves as a party that should be no where near the levers of power…ever.

The "story" in "PJ Media" links to the "Just The News" website. The video on that site claims it has a "letter", but it does not show the actual letter, it shows words that were typed out in a graphic, and even scrolled out. That's not a letter.

But no one here questions this at all. They just assume it's all true. And they get angrier and more agitated.

Just another disturbing example of the insulted alternate universe. A separate ideological reality. You people are being manipulated, right now, and there doesn't seem to be anything that can be done about that.

Ad hom fallacy in the first sentence…instant loss of debate…thanks for playing…

Trump just broke the law. He claims the documents belong to him. PJ Media is a tabloid.

PJ Media is a tabloid. Try this.

Here's a self inflicted wound from your hero.

The letter released by Trump's team is "extraordinarily damning for Trump" and his team, Politico's Kyle Cheney marveled on Twitter. "Trump allies pointed to this letter as some kind of evidence of Biden White House meddling," but "what it shows is officials expressing extreme alarm about national security damage based on records being held by Trump."

The NARA letter is "damning" to Trump "on any number of levels," including its "lack of any reference to a claim by Trump's representatives that he had declassified any of the classified materials," adds University of Texas law professor Steve Vladeck. "It's also telling that, even though this letter really hurts the Trump version of events, it wasn't released by the Biden Administration or NARA. It was released by Trump's own team — both a self-inflicted wound and further proof of how the government has been playing by the rules."

No where does it say anything about Biden initiating or directing any of this. They facilitated where necessary.

But no one here questions this at all. They just assume it's all true. And they get angrier and more agitated.
Getting their audience to be angrier and more agitated, and using lies to do so, well..........that perfectly describes the business model of right wing media outlets.
Meanwhile, in the real world,..........

WASHINGTON, Aug 22 (Reuters) - The U.S. government has recovered more than 300 documents with classified markings from former President Donald Trump's Florida estate, including material from the CIA, the National Security Agency and the FBI, the New York Times reported on Monday, citing multiple people briefed on the matter.

An initial batch of more than 150 documents marked as classified was recovered by the U.S. National Archives in January, the newspaper reported. Aides to Trump gave the U.S. Justice Department a second set in June, while a third batch was seized in an FBI raid earlier this month, it said.

It goes without saying the story about how many documents were recovered is one of the reasons right wing media tries to create false narratives. Trump's minions being easily distracted from the truth.
