President Obama's going to give his state of the union address tomorrow. But we already know what it's going to be about: more socialism, more class warfare, and more broken promises. We know where Obama and the liberals stand: bigger government, less freedom, and massive job losses. Obama had his chance to make things better. Instead, he took over healthcare, passed massive tax increases, and presided over record gas prices and unemployment. If you want a change in Washington, you've got to send socialist Obama a message in 2014. If you want that message to be that he's doing a great job, vote Democrat or don't vote at all. If you want that message to be a tad less welcoming, then vote for conservative Republicans who will block his every move and hold him accountable.

One day one of you turnips will post something that contains something of actual substance and based in reality. I'm not holding my breath though.

Hoosier is a high school student home because of the weather. I wouldn't put much stock in his opinions. He is a parrot.

The recession ended in June of 2009.

Almost 5 years.... FIVE FUCKING YEARS, and the economy is barely moving.

There are 7 Million MORE people in poverty, millions fewer with jobs, more youth and more Blacks (the scumbag's main constituency groups) unemployed than at any time since the great Depression, fewer jobs being created, a stagnant economy because of his failed ACA, jobs FLEEING the Country and the rich getting richer.

And you people defend him.

What a bunch of fucking losers you are.

Last I heard, there is going to be three "official" Republican responses to the SOTU speech. Regardless of what anyone one of them or the President says, is having multiple responses symbolize something good or bad for a party?

Here will be some highlights of The Speech...LOL. ( not one single low-light, of course )

President Obama's guests at the State of the Union will include survivors of the Boston Marathon bombings, the fire chief of an Oklahoma town ravaged by a tornado, a prominent gay athlete, a young entrepreneur, and a teacher of the year.

The White House said Monday that these and other Americans will sit in the presidential box with first lady Michelle Obama and other officials as the president delivers his annual State of the Union Address on Tuesday night.

The guests include Carlos Arredondo and Jeff Bauman, survivors of the Boston Marathon attack; Gary Bird, the fire chief of Moore, Okla.; Jason Collins, the 12-year NBA basketball player who announced last year that he is gay; Joey Hudy, an Intel intern from Arizona; and Kathy Hollowell-Makle, the District of Columbia's Teacher of the Year.

Other guests will be announced before the speech, the White House said.

Obama spends Monday practicing his speech; there are no public events on his schedule.

A tradition since the Ronald Reagan administration, presidents invite guests to illustrate various issues discussed in the State of the Union.

If all it takes to be invited to the SOTU address is to announce you're gay, half the USMB dimocraps should be there

You can have plenty of inequality in socialist countries. There, the areas where the central government is located gets most of the wealth. Under Obama, Northern Virginia and the DC suburbs have seen an explosion in income growth. Now, conservative areas like TX and ND are doing well, but keep in mind that inequality is often because of the government, not because of its absence. More government spending -> more inflation and debt -> lower interest rates for savers -> makes life harder for Middle America

The only Republicans who are upset with Obama are the ones who pulled out of the market after the crash.
If they're making a killing and complaining, they're ungrateful idiots.

I can't stand to listen to Obama - he absolutely repulses me. The state of the union is fucked up - I don't need him to tell me how great the government is - it sucks!

There's a lot of memos that pass you by.

Wall Street's making money? Good for them. Good for you if you're heavily invested in them.

Big Businesses are making money. Great.

But average household income in this Country has dropped from $56k to $52k since the scumbag-in-chief polluted the office.

And dirtbags like you are responsible because you voted for the piece of shit.

Happy? I bet you are

I don't understand your point... Dumping 85billion a month on the markets is now Obama's doing? So I guess the 3.7 trillion in spending doing that can be added to his deficits yes???? So Obama runs about 2 trillion a year in deficits as I have been saying all along. Ok, good, we agree.

Yes, a side effect of dumping money on the rich is that it build massive income inequality. We agree again.
