When you break open a gate to get into private property, you are not peacefully protesting. The media and district attorney are corrupt to report these protestors as “peaceful”. Had the stayed outside the gate and protested without disrupting other people, then it would have been peaceful.

The moment that gate came down, they became rioters and a threat. That DA is going to look foolish prosecuting people trying to protect their homes.
