Jesse Washington was found guilty of rape and murder in a court of law. He admitted to the crime in court. Yes, the way he was lynched afterwards was brutal, but he was a rapist and a murderer.

It also has nothing to do with any religion. There were probably plenty of atheists there happy to see him die. They were probably mostly Democrat too.

They were defended. Only so much you can do for someone that is guilty and admits to the crime.

He didnt specify the Cambridge police. Or even just that police officer. He is the first in line to associate all cops with a bad one (or one they just dont like).
