And the choices we have are? Do "WE" control government, policies, and legislation? If so, how? FYI - No one takes from my family. And, I do NOT mind giving to others in need, the poor, the less fortunate, the elderly, the disabled, and the Vets. I DO have a problem with my tax dollars supporting illegal immigrants, supplying weapons to drug lords and terrorists, subsidies to rich farmers and big oil, building mosques on foreign soil, exploring the far reaches of the universe, building useless stupid fences, no-bid government contracts, the ridiculous perks and benefits given to members of Congress, foreign aid, senseless deadly costly wars, Wall Street and corporate bailouts, and bribes paid to North Korea and Iran.

According to the argument put forward by the ATF, the M885 rounds used in AR-15 rifles are a danger to police if fired from a handgun and therefore should be banned.

The Gun Control Act of 1968 bans the sale, manufacture or importation of bullets that can pierce bullet proof vests when fired from a handgun but exempts those bullets designed for rifles and used primarily by sport shooters and hunters. The M885 "green tip"is a popular round used by hunters because it is inexpensive and efficient.

The green tip ammo was also developed to be more environmentally friendly and replace lead rounds which some worried were causing damage in environmentally sensitive areas.
