He may seem insignificant now, but he lays the illegal and unconstitutional framework for the next President, who may actually have some character and charisma, his ideology notwithstanding.

Imagine a Peter King Presidency with these powers? Or a Dianne Frankenstein?

Yup, Obama will move forth with his radical agenda no matter how many people get hurt. It's all about him, you know. We're all too stupid to know what's best for us, so Obama will try socialism/communism and he'll be the first one in history to make it all work.

Obamacare is already proving why socialism doesn't work. Of all the people who signed up for Obamacare, about 80% are subsidized and the majority are older, sicker people. For it to work, the young and healthy must sign up and pay three times as much, but that isn't happening. Funny how people aren't willing to hurt themselves financially to make sure others have it better than they do. Everyone would have healthcare, but half would sacrifice way more money and time working.
