That's a ready reserve corps to the PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE Commissoned Corps (which has been around since 1789). It's headed by the Surgeon General. It is a uniformed service, but NOT military (though they wear Navy Uniforms, use Navy ranks and receive same pay as military)

The Corps has officers in many professions, including:

•Physician
•Dentist
•Nurse
•Pharmacist
•Dietitian
•Engineer
•Environmental health officer
•Mental health specialist, including clinical psychologist and clinical social worker
•Health services officer
•Scientist/researcher
•Therapist (includes occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, and audiology)
•Veterinarian

Actually, the seismometers left on the Moon by the Apollo missions are the ones who are reporting that its hollow.

That being the case, the only way an object that large can be remain hollow and not succumb to the crush of gravity is if it was supported by some artificial, internal structure.

Then when you realize that the size of the Moon is what causes total eclipses, that it is almost the EXACT apparent size as the Sun, then you wonder if it has that EXACT, gravity defying size for a reason.
