Actually, gifted programs are ending in lots of places due to lack of funding.

There is a difference between ending a program for lack of finds and ending a program for lack of people with a certain skin color.

Suppose they had said they were ending the program because there wasn't enough Whites in it.

It would be front page news until some one resigned or was fired.

It is racism pure and simple.
