Obviously, scrounging for more illegal alien VOTES, as his state is experiencing a citizen exodus of massive proportions, California's Attorney General Xavier Beccerra wants to decriminalize illegal immigration. Well, what a surprise.

And what would such a move accomplish ? It would "accomplish" 2 things mainly. The destruction of the state as a reasonable place to live (which it has a hard time maintaining even without illegal immigration), and more VOTES for Democrats.

Beccera says “They are not criminals. They haven’t committed a crime against someone, and they are not acting violently or in a way that’s harmful to people. And I would argue they are not harming people indirectly either.”

With respect to unauthorized border crossers, let's take all of these 4 FALSE comments individually:

1. They ARE criminals. In violation of US Code 8, Section 1325.

2. They HAVE committed a crime, by crossing the US border, without inspection by US immigration authorities.

3. SOME illegal aliens DO act violently, and thousands have been arrested for violent crimes.
In addition, their crime rate is much higher than the crime rate for U.S. citizens. Illegal aliens commit a disproportionate share of crimes:

  • A grossly disproportionate share of federal prisoners – 22 percent – are aliens. Roughly 2/3 of these aliens were illegally in the country when they committed their crimes. So that’s over 14 percent of federal prisoners. Yet illegal aliens represent only 3-6 percent of the population.
  • 75 percent of those on the most wanted criminals lists in Los Angeles, Phoenix and Albuquerque are illegal aliens.
  • More than 53 percent of burglaries investigated in the border region states of California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas are committed by illegal aliens.
  • The Texas Department of Public Safety has been keeping careful records of aliens booked into Texas jails since June 1, 2011. As of September 30, 2017, more than 232,000 aliens had been jailed, of which over 155,000 (2/3) were illegally in the country.
  • Looking just at the aliens we are deporting, criminality is pervasive. In FY 2015 (the last year for which we have complete statistics), 59 percent of removed aliens had been convicted of criminal offenses (other than their immigration violations). And many more had been arrested or charged with crimes, but not yet convicted.
  • ICE knows of nearly 10,000 additional crimes that were committed by illegal aliens who had been in the custody of sanctuary cities and counties, but were released. Every one of those crimes could have been prevented if the sanctuary policy had not been in place.
4. Illegal aliens DO harm people both directly AND INDIRECTLY.

Harms of Illegal Immigration

1. Americans lose jobs. (especially Whites due to affirmative action).
2. Wage reduction.
3. Tax $ lost (due to off books work + lower wages paid).
4. Remittance $$$ lost. ($138 Billion/year).
5. Tax $$ lost to immigrants on welfare.
6. Increased crime.
7. Increased traffic congestion.
8. Increased pollution.
9. Overcrowding in hospital ERs.
10. Overcrowding in recreational facilities.
11. Overcrowding in government offices.
12. Overcrowding in schools.
13. Decrease in funds available for entitlements.
14. Cultural erosion.
15. Overuse of scarce resources (oil, gasoline, fresh water, jobs, electricity, food, etc)
16. Introduction of foreign diseases
17. Influx of terrorists.
18. Wildfires
19. Litter

California AG’s Answer to Illegal Immigration? Decriminalize It!

These reps who are out of control, and far removed from representing the citizens of California, well they need to be ousted by their own citizenry.

If anyone stands in the citizens way, they should be arrested no matter who they are.

The true voice of Californians needs to be restored in that state.

They could/should be arrested for making California a sanctuary state.
