There isn't anything in the new climate change report that challenges the overwhelming scientific consensus about the cause of global warming. However, that is unlikely to stop Republicans, lobbyists, and industry lawyers from using it to try to stop the Obama administration from regulating greenhouse gases without Congressional action.

Global warming is happening. I don't think regulating carbon emissions by the US is going to halt it, slow it down, or reverse it.
