The people who are really pushing for Cruise lines to follow CDC are the Progressive Socialists. There are Progressive Socialist cruisers who are of the Superior mind as to those low level peasants they have to put up with. Many of the people working on those ships come from other parts of the world. the best are from East Asia nations. They earn a half decent living because of the time they are on the ships. They send their wages to their families living in lands not as prosperous as ours. They are great workers and employees and many feel fortunate to have the jobs. The prog Socialists who are passengers always say the right things and maybe even tip them well, like proper servants. But here are also people and many who are not wealthy who take cruises and do not tip or do not tip much on a percentage of cruises. And a good percentage of them are Progressive Socialists. A federal judge has ruled in favor of Norwegian Cruise Line's challenge to a law signed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis banning cruise companies from requiring proof of COVID vaccines to board ships in the state.​

On Friday, Norwegian Cruise Line asked Judge Kathleen Williams to block the ban of requiring written proof of a COVID vaccine in Florida, arguing that it jeopardized the health and safety of crew members and was in breach of the First Amendment's right to free speech.​

"It's scary what is happening in Florida. Florida is a hotspot," Norwegian attorney Derek Shaffer told the judge during a remote hearing on Friday, referencing the record-breaking COVID case numbers. "All we're doing is trying to protect our staff and passengers."​
