but meanwhile NK is advancing it's nuclear programme with much arrogance and assumption that it has beaten not just Trump but the entire western alliance in it's region in the diplomatic arenas.

are we to accept NK as a nuclear weapons state?

Another aspect of this is NK does what China tells them. With Donny putting trade pressures on China, it could be China is telling NK to make waves to make Donny look bad and harm his re-election chances.

Short of all out war, what do you suggest to keep the North from seeking these weapons? Why is it our sole responsibility?
