Partisan ugliness aside, this could get bad. The general health of the population probably isn't great, given their diet, and no doubt their elderly are going to be far more vulnerable than that of most countries.

But fuck those people, that's what they get for being born in North Korea, laughing at their misery is fun if it helps us make a shallow partisan point.
