Novant Health, a massive hospital system in North Carolina that has made the COVID-19 vaccine mandatory for its employees, suspended 375 employees across 15 hospitals and 800 clinics last week for not complying with the mandate. But over a five-day period, 200 employees agreed to get the vaccine, Megan Rivers, the hospital's director of media & influencer relations, said in a tweet. More than 99% of the hospital system's 35,000 employees are vaccinated, Rivers said.

The remaining 175 who were suspended last week have been fired, according to CBS affiliate WWAY.

How can a health care professional be so backward?

What do they know that you don't?

There is always a nursing shortage and all employers are having problems finding workers.
It was dumb to fire them because they will not have a hard time finding a new job.
They will probably have to rehire some of them.

The people pushing Covid bull, the murderous fraud vax, the masks, the shutdowns, these are exactly who Einstein warned us about, fascists...

The gargantuan growth of government since W was sworn in is way too big, too nosy, too corrupt, too dishonest, and totally devoid of patriotism to America.

It must be dismantled.

North Carolinians are gonna love the burqa wearin' new nurses that are gonna be taking care of them...to death.

Yes, how can health care professionals be so backward as to fire needed employees who have valid concerns over fake injections claiming to be vaccines.
Real vaccines have dead virus, so that the immune system only triggers on an actual virus in the future.
Since these fake injections only train the immune system to attack spike proteins, they could easily cause a fatal autoimmune reaction where our own spike protein exosomes get attacked.

And when it's being forced to get an "experimental" vaccine(s), there are added factor, like burn out;

How can a health care professional be so backward?
Good question. I wonder if a local ambulance chaser might lodge a class action suit for the hospital to show what adverse actions prompted their dismissal. I mean, it seems that they should have to show that they are infected such as current TB tests do. I say it is wrongfully terminating healthy individuals that may have medical, religious or philosophical objections to the experimental substance.
