It is his house and he can rent his villa to whomever he chooses. Though I think it is stupid to turn away a guest that is able to pay but again it is his villa.

The guy's policy is just silly. What if it is two female friends or acquaintances who just like traveling together? What if it's two or three brothers? Would he be offended if it were a married (H-W) couple who intended to commit various forms of sodomy?

But it's totally harmless. Not worthy of new coverage, certainly.

The fact that the media is treating this as a "thought crime" is more newsworthy than his ad.
