Much has been said about the bombing in Iran. Talk of Iran being able to produce a nuclear bomb within the next few weeks certainly made it seem like the bombing was needed. However, if the makings of a bomb were in fact at those sites, there would be increased levels of nuclear material detected due to the explosion. No such increase has been detected. Seems we blew up 3 sites and started a war for no apparent reason.

I'm pretty sure Iran might disagree with you on that starting no war claim.
I'm surprised you haven't changed your avatar to the Iranian flag yet.

Why not try supporting your own country with the Middle East (ME) problem. The USA has bombed the ME since 1958.

I'm sure you cult members are surprised all the time.
I'm in the UK, which British religious cult are you referring to? I'm agnostic btw so I'm not geared up with the cult scene -

I forsee more Iranian nuclear sites getting obliterated. All they had to do was stick to the Obama deal, but they just couldn't. Even a blind man on a galloping horse could see Iran wasn't gonna stick to it.

What's your solution on Iran not having nuclear bombs. Nicey nicey handshake didn't work, and you're not happy with bombing. What 3rd option do you propose?

Gullible Trump, listening to lying Nutandyahoo, instead of his own people.

Iran took over the American embassy and held hostages in 1979. They've been killing Americans ever since, mainly through terrorist proxies.

Wake up.

You're not the only one questioning it.

(I'm not saying I agree with this person, necessarily.....just sharing this tweet. It's a multi-part post.)

You need to.

1953 coup in Iran | Coup D'etat, Description & Facts

May 8, 2025 — The United States took the leading role in a covert operation, called Operation Ajax, whereby CIA-funded agents were used to foment unrest, inside Iran by way of the harassment of religious and political leaders and a media disinformation campaign.

These efforts, formally approved by President Dwight D. Eisenhower. came to a head in August 1953 when Mosaddegh and his government were overthrown and Mohammad Reza, a pro-Western monarch, was returned to power.

The coup nearly failed, however, because the shah, fearful for his throne, vacillated over signing the royal decrees the CIA had prepared to sanction the change of government. Fighting between supporters of both sides resulted in hundreds of deaths.

Mosaddegh was imprisoned for three years and then lived the rest of his life under house arrest. It is generally agreed today that the 1953 coup sowed the seeds for the Islamic Revolution of 1979, in which the shah was overthrown and went into exile. In 2013 the CIA formally disclosed its role in the coup.

I do think she has a point in this post, though. Contrary to what most here believe, I think what she's saying here is definitely part of it:

What is the legal basis for U.S. invasions and bombings of nations that have never attacked it?

Iran took over the American embassy and held hostages in 1979.
The CIA coup overthrew the country in the 50's. Did you not know that?

edit...Oh I see that's been done. No worries, being done twice isn't any likelier to make it penetrate.

Iran was sticking to it until trump canceled the agreement.

Trump spent much of the 2024 election cycle claiming he’d nearly completed a nuclear agreement with Iran but ran out of time before leaving the White House in early 2021. Those claims were difficult to believe, but just as notably, they overlooked a key detail: Iran had already reached a nuclear agreement with the U.S. — during Barack Obama’s second term. It was called the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), and it came to be known as the Iran nuclear deal.

As regular readers know, the international agreement with Iran did exactly what it set out to do: The policy dramatically curtailed Tehran’s nuclear ambitions and established a rigorous system of monitoring and verification. Once the policy took effect, each of the parties agreed that the participants were holding up their end of the bargain, and Iran’s nuclear program was, at the time, on indefinite hold.

And then Trump took office and abandoned the policy for reasons he never explained.

Thanks for providing that. Good news. Looks like they'd better break out the brooms.
