And that decision will be appealed, and then appealed again, and then appealed to Federal Court, where it will be appealed up to the Supreme Court eventually. No way this goes to trial before Trump has completed his second term, or has handed the reigns over to someone else.

No way it gets past a judge who isn't a democrook if you ask me.

Then again I'm biased. If Ron Jeremy was in office somehow, and was dismantling all sorts of regressive programs and wastes of money, nothing else he did in life would matter. As far as I know, he never killed anyone.

Ted Kennedy did, and since no one cared then, just about anything else is open season.
