After viewing the U.S. Senate in action on TV (for a long while), would like to offer my suggestion for having decisions based on logic, brains and love of country.

Eliminate anyone whose hair is white, whose belly extends over the belt (or waistline), and anyone without a Y chromosome.

So you go with basing legislative decision on logic, then proceed to suggest the elimination of anyone in the process who doesn't meet your superficial, and illogical criteria!
