I do not think that Putin, Xi, and Kim would root for Trump over Biden, although Trump has certain achieved a more cordial diplomacy with them than Obama or Clinton or even the Bushes ever did.

Democratic Socialism isn't something you can pin down. Bernie Sanders claims to be a Democratic Socialist. Some countries in Europe are under a form of socialism and Democrats claim this is what they aspire to create. The problem is they're using Marxist tactics to bring it about, and they will have to install a communist government to keep their new government in power.
