NEW YORK—Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised President Barack Obama’s efforts to dissuade Palestinian leaders from pushing for a United Nations vote on statehood, calling Obama’s actions a “badge of honor” for the president.

...
“I want to thank you, Mr. President, for standing with Israel and supporting peace,” Netanyahu said. “We both agree that Palestinians and Israelis should sit down and negotiate. This is the only way to get a stable and durable peace.”

Yesterday Perry and Romney criticized Obama about Israel in their typical moronic spiel and today Nety slapped them down. lmao

Now I think it is a badge of a war criminal but it is funny to see those morons smacked down by Israel.

Er, Bibl still has to deal with Barry for 16 more months so he's not going to openly criticize him. You're not the brightest bulb in the bunch.

Have to thank Obama for stirring up the Arab Spring and letting everybody in the ME know he wants Israel to return to its pre-1967 borders, because that's really truly fucking helpful

Barry is just applying his community organizing skills to the international arena.

He doesn't have to keep giving him so much praise either but he does.

I guess Obama took Netanyahu's advice, good for you mr president :clap2:

The OP is an idiot.... but this is no surprise. International relations are not something that many on the left understand.

It's wonderful to watch "patriotic" Americans like Perry and Romney support foreign leaders over our own.

I was listening to the Mike Malloy show and he thinks it is treason by Romney,Perry and other Republicans.

Israel protects America while you whack off to gay porn all day.

Admiral Mike Mullen, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Stresses Importance of US--Israel Relationship
Terrific to spend time with General Ashkenazi discussing critical areas of mutual interest. It is the recognition of the importance of this relationship, the strength of the relationship, the criticality of the relationship, The need that we have as two militaries to meet challenges together has never been more important and I would reaffirm the strength of the friendship, the relationship, and the importance of the engagement. I always learn when I come to Israel. Israeli interests are also vital national interests of the United States. This relationship is as strong as it's ever been and will continue to grow

Hello- where is the slap-down?? You assume that since ( this time) Obama lined up with Israel that he is smacking Perry and Romney- he's not he is just being polite to Obama, Obama has been anti- Israel from the get-go, but after last week's special election in New York where he lost the Jewish vote, he decided to appeal to the Jewish vote in order to get them back in his column, they are not that stupid and they won't go. Believe me Netanyahu has no use for Barack Obama.

Point out where Netanyahu smacked down Perry and Romney- I don't see their names even mentioned in this article.

Maybe Obama will be awarded another Nobel Peace Prize over his statement on this. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

It's not treason..Israel is an ally. I hate when that word is thrown around so casually.

What it is, however, is putting the interests of a foreign country above our own and hamstringing the policy making of the President in power.

This was a Patriotic response to a foreign leader criticizing an American President.

Exactly what "anti-Israel" policies or actions has Obama taken? He made one comment, which the rest of the world agrees with and it's been wildly conflated by the batshit crazies in this country. We didn't cut the funding of the Israeli military did we?

So really.

List all of the policies enacted by the Obama administration that are "Anti-Israel".

Go for it.

Israel protects your gay ass while you watch man porn all day, closet case.

Admiral Mike Mullen, Chairman US Joint Chiefs of Staff....
I have frequently spoken and met with my counterpart, General Ashkenazi, and that relatonship [with Israel] is a critical relationship that I cherish, as I do and we do from the United States to Israel to the People of Israel.

There's literally not a day that I don't think of you and your countrymen. I'd like to raise a glass to both our countries, to both our militaries and to great success in the future. The closeness of our two countries has never been more important. You're a very special group of people

What leader? we don't have one, not one that leads anyways. Oh that's right, Obama leads by following.

Yes, Perry and Romney do support foreign leaders, especially ones that are our allies in the middle east, prime example Netanyahu. He is a real leader , and leads by leading, not following.

Israel doesn't protect shit.

Every so often they do something that's beneficial in concert with our own spook boys.

But they've killed more Americans, been caught spying on the US and involved in stealing US industrial secrets then any other ally..and even adversaries.

Why is it..that Conservatives will support foreign leaders against our own if it isn't a conservative at the helm..and Liberals will support our leaders against foreign leaders even if it isn't one of their own at the helm?

:eusa_eh:
